Flats in South Delhi

4th Floor constructions are common in Delhi before and now-a-day. Earlier to this situation only 3rd floor construction was permitted on free hold properties not the formula under multi storied building and apartment or to those which were self constructed flats or single floors sold by builders and constructor.

Time has changed or we can say that god had listen to people i.e. before 2-3 years situation was that the area cover by South Delhi called as Arjun Nagar falling under Safdarjung Development Area was unauthorized for 4th floor further almost all flats constructed in this area where all 4th floor constructed. The builders and constructors made to pass this area by sanctioning map illegally in literal sense. But difficult situation was for those who have investment their life time saving on single floor. One of lady named Shalini was under great depression due to all this issues as she and her husband had investment their all money and even had borrowed lot from banks and from her mother just fo settling down after her marriage safely but after 1 year she came to know that the area 4th floor was unauthorized construction part in Arjun Nagar, South Delhi after then she and many other families lost their night sleeps and suffered from major illness due to insecure investment.

Delhi Development Authority and MCD put allegation on the illegal development of these sectors which went for discussion in courts and for judgment decisions. But after petty long wait everything is fine as government of Delhi had approved the 4th floor construction part and had allowed the same for other construction flats too in all areas across Delhi and NCR.

So it becomes necessarily important to view and understand documentation before buying and selling of land space as it affirms your future security and prior scrutiny should be done for making your life “always comfortable place for living”.
